McDonald's

McDonald's (well, this one anyway) seems to be losing touch. Although the service was fairly quick, it was not particularly friendly. I think the reason that it was quick is that what we ordered had probably been made some time prior. The burger was dry, the cheese unmelted, and the buns not fresh. For a quick bite to eat if you're in a hurry, it's passable. Disappointed.

We did not get all of the food we ordered. They have a touch screen computer inside to order your food and prepay using the machine but the staff is not trained efficiently to multitask ( to take orders at the register, prepare food and get the orders correctly for the the customers that used the touch screens set up inside and take drive thru orders. It's terrible. A lot of people didn't understand how to use the touch screen computers, all of them left before ordering and it was still a lot of people on the inside waiting for their food

Wenyon I believe her name was, she makes this store hands down...#1 the best. I messed up and had unknown that she was going to go through the trouble she did I wouldn't have said anything because I'm known for accidentally putting the wrong items on the app. She was just as pleasant kind patient and professional as you can be.. she was looking as beautiful as I'll get out too. You couldn't ask for a better face at the front of a McDonald's like the go getter her like she is. God bless you baby doll and thank you for one of the best experiences I've ever had. Did I mention that I felt she genuinely cared and was happy to be there and to help me out? Okay I'm done I could go on for days about her
