Chick-fil-A

The place is brand new, it had that fresh building smell and everything. The atmosphere is nice, with a good southern touch. I had a great experience here, although as I was leaving, they seemed to be a little short-staffed as some of the younger employees left. And with any place, especially post-covid, a little patience can do wonders for your experience and with the lives of those who want to help you. Service is fairly quick despite the new recruits, it's interesting to see them learn. Food is up to Chick-fil-a standard, the drinks and desserts are quick to be made and brought out. This is an excellent restaurant in the making.

We come here about twice a week, usually excellent but this morning it took “3” times before we received the correct food. All we ordered was two eggs in a bowl with bacon! First time was a burrito with chicken, second time was eggs with hash browns, third time was cheese eggs and bacon we just ate it. The person that brought the food the last time was a manager by her shirt not nice☹️ I almost want to say we are sorry for bothering you.

Not really sure what the deal is as of recent, but every time I visit this location there’s an issue with my order. While service is always fast and the employees friendly, their order accuracy and food quality has gotten terrible. Every time I’ve visited this location over the last 2 months, something has been missing from my order, the order has been made wrong, or the fries are half full. Most times we order multiple small fries because they’re full - the medium and large are only half filled. Last time I visited, they left out the gluten free buns for the grilled sandwiches we ordered, same the time before that, and a couple of visits before that. Most often times I do curbside orders on my lunch, and it wastes my time having to wait in line inside to correct the issue. In times where I haven’t caught the mistake, I’ve been left with just the plain filet to eat because they forget the sauces. Multiple times, the Grilled Club has not come prepared correctly - missing bacon or having
