Arby's

I ordered a cheesy roast beef sandwich with curly fries, and it tasted horrible. The fries were cold when we got them. The meat tasted like it wasn't cooked at all. While I was eating 2 more people came in with complaints about their food. I have had Arby's at different places that actually tested good, but this particular one was not good at all. Would not recommend if you are trying Arby's for the first time. Parking: There was 0lenty of parking.

As I ordered a small cockroach crawled from the cups as the lady handed me mine. I ordered a milkshake and they gave it to someone else who then returned it. They sat it down and when I asked about the milkshake I ordered, they handed me the one that was returned and melted. I asked for another one and she said okay after about 10 minutes of taking people’s orders another lady asked if I needed something and I told her a milkshake and she got told my milkshake was on the counter and would not make another. Poor service and cleanliness

I will never go back to the Bremen Arby's again every time I have went their I have had a problem with my order today I go and once again a problem I ordered 2 number beef and cheddar meals. 1 was a double and 1 a classic with no red ranch. Well they pet red rance on the classic and no red ranch on the double. The fries were regular but neither were full and if you put both together they didn't even make 1 regular that's crazy I paid almost 20 for my order and it wasn't even worth it. The worst part is that I had to finish cooking the meat because it was still red. If I wanted raw roast beef then I would have just went to the store and got the stuff my self total wast of money and time. I called the store and no one would answer that's crazy.
