McDonald's

I would never come to this particular location. I ordered two hot cake with a sausage meals and was instructed to wait in the reserved drive thru parking space. I waited for a good 15 to 20 minutes as I watched others after me get their orders. Finally was able to speak with the shift supervisor and got my order.????

Just because the building is new doesn't make the service any better. I prefer the one on the other end of burbank near bluebonnet. Not only was the service super slow but I made the mistake of going to the outside lane that obviously were taking inside orders as well and was skipped over by all the drivers in the other lane. Eventually I just went to what a burger and called it a night. Never again

Absolute worst McDonalds I have ever been too on multiple occasions. Don’t expect to come here and get a shake. Mocha Frappe? Forgot about it. On top of that, be excited to pull up to an empty drive through. Except when you get to the speaker they tell you to please wait. And the cherry on top of all is, don’t ever expect your order to be correct. Ordered a drink once that was a coke, but they gave us sprite. The lady argued with me until finally walking back in and getting me a coke. Looking forward to eating your sandwich when you get home? Forget about it, they didn’t put it in the back. New McDonalds same old employees from the old location. Never going back.
