Whataburger

Truly the most unfriendly and rude customer service staff in Baton Rouge and Baton Rouge corners the market on rude customer service. . They made me feel unwelcomed and unwanted. I went early in the morning, was the only person in the drive thru, but still had to wait 15 minutes for my food. The burger was cold in the middle, but my onion rings were burnt, soggy and tasted like soap solution. Now I'm finding out that several of my friends have had the same negative experience and one of my friends got sick from the food. He said it tasted chemical. I love Whataburger, but I don't recommend the location on Creek Centre Dr to anyone. The manager needs to investigate.

First and last time eating here. Ordered a #2 and my fries were cold and meat patty was old as heck. Don't serve people what you will not serve your kids or parents.

The worst whataburger I’ve ever been too and I’ve never been to a bad one. The food has always tasted good at every other location. Not here unfortunately, because it’s a brand new location. I’ve been in several times and my meal is almost always wrong and never tastes like the other locations. Always always cold food and the burger meat tastes horrible compared to other locations like Siegen Lane and Texas locations I’ve been to before. Do not recommend Update: went in today and the food was better today.but DO NOT go out of their parking lot on the left entrance if you have low profile tires or any kind of big rim. My rims are now scratched thanks to your parking lots concrete being messed up where the road meets the street, who’s going to pay for this? I’m not one to complain but I’m furious
