I came by here tonight and the service was exceptional. The young man who helped me was very sweet! Our food was really good! Our fries were a little cold, but still very happy overall with the experience. We will be returning!
The team did a terrible job at communicating with me. My order was on the hotline for pickup but no one ever called my name . I finally got up to ask for my drink and they said oh it’s ready. My bag been up there the man said it just got out. My food was cold . This company needs to hire people with better awareness and urgency
They literally never answer the phone. I drove up there because they weren't answering the phone and the app wasn't allowing me to order. Then when I got there they said I couldn't place an order and it was 9:17pm and they don't close until 12. They said they only taking online orders.
