I go up to the drive thru wanting to order an ice cream cone. The person on the speaker says “our ice cream machine is broken”. Apparently this is always common when they’re just to lazy to make an ice cream. I continue to just order chicken nuggets instead. I pull up to the pick up window and I see an ice cream cone and a milkshake? I asked the young girl if I could please get an ice cream because the drive thru speaker was telling me the ice cream machine was “broken” and kindly enough she did so I appreciate her! I’m seriously tired of people just not wanting to give out ice cream? what’s the deal? If you’re lazy to make an ice cream just say that.

I’m writing my recent experiences at your restaurant, particularly regarding the service quality and accuracy of my orders. I’ve been a frequent visitor to your establishment, visiting the Balch Springs,TX location four days a week. However, I have noticed some issues that I believe need to be addressed. Firstly, I want to express my disappointment with the current service compared to pre-COVID times. It seems that the level of service has declined, & there have been instances where my orders weren’t accurately fulfilled. I understand that the pandemic has brought about various challenges, but I believe it’s important to strive for the same level of service that was provided before. One specific incident I requested a pure honey packet for my takeout bag. Unfortunately, I received honey mustard instead, which wasn’t what I had requested. One of the more expensive McDonald's around. No self service for drinks. I don't like my tea to sweet and I had to hope they made the half and half the way I like, nope still way to sweet. Getting out of the parking lot was a nightmare.
