I went and ordered and paid for a three piece white chicken meal, they only gave me two pieces. The bean (side dish) was good but the chicken was horrible. The first piece (wing) tasted old. The second piece (breast) was part cold. It literally felt and tasted like it was taken out of the fridge. My nephew didn’t like his meal either. Horrible experience, never going back there. There’s a lot of other chicken places to go to in Balch Springs alone.
Well considering that there's only 3 Grandy's in the whole state of Texas it was a treat to eat there. The food was good except for the roll......it was a little stale. If I get by this way again I'll definitely eat there.
Bad location I'm surprised it has not been shut down. Food was cold when served. Food looked as if it was left overs. Not safe to eat inspection needed and quick
