First, i was charged for items I didnt ask for or want and didnt even get reimbursed when I told them, next, it took 10 minutes to get my order which isnt absolutely terrible but could definitely be better, after getting home and opening my food, my order was messed up with the items I asked not to have and the burger was cold and dry including a dry/hard bun. Not enjoyable at all. Doesnt matter to them but I'm not going back again.
I've had very few issues with this McDonald's like them getting my order mixed up or them forgetting an item but it's very rare. The staff is very friendly and communicates well. There have been a few instances where they were closed at really awkward hours of the night but that is not consistent. Overall this is a very good McDonald's.
They are very very slow they meaning mangers only worry about drive through but there drive times are in red.
