Pretty good food at affordable prices. Burgers are excellent. They've been here for a long time. Servers are always friendly, but some are not that professional. They are a bit understaffed at times, and I think they could do a better cleaning the place inside. It needs a thorough cleaning one day top to bottom and then regular maintenance. Other than that, we like the place and eat here occasionally. I even liked the one on University years ago, though it has been closed for many years.

Hire more staff. My family and I came in to try out something new. We were seated, received our drinks, and then became invisible. I had to grab a high chair for my son myself, and the waitress never stopped at our table again. After 20 minutes of watching other people and call-in orders get helped, I decided I was fed up. Went to the counter to pay for my drinks, and our waitress didn't even know what my order was.

My friend and I decided to try this place for the first time today. We were the very first to arrive and was greeted by a friendly staff member who stated that we could sit anywhere we choose to since we were dining in. Soon after being seated, we placed our order and while the appetizer arrived fairly quickly, we noticed after about half an hour that everyone else who had arrived after us, had already been served and some were leaving. Out order still had not arrived. I should mention that we are African Americans and none of the other customers were. Subsequently, we approached the register to inquire and was told they didn't until how that happened. We paid for the appetizers and left, never to return and to encourage other Afro Americans to be aware.
