They are normally quite good and are very good at getting orders correct. However, this time we were missing both an order of fries, a milkshake, (I was told it was removed from the order last minute but I ordered it when getting my meal so I'm unsure how that could have happened?) And bacon after I ordered extra bacon. This experience in reality was like a 3/3.5 but because they're usually very consistent I give it a 4 for this particular visit.

This is our family's new favorite burger place. The food was really good and everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. With a family as big as ours, we're used some aspect of our orders being slightly messed up, so we were extra impressed that everything was exactly as we ordered it. The crew here absolutely nailed it. Thank you guys for being so amazing!
