Sadly, we were really disappointed with the food truck. Dry chicken. Mac & cheese and coleslaw that tasted like (or, honestly worse than) KFC. They were out of pickles. The kettle chips were great, though!! Skip this food truck and bring your own food to the brewery. I bet this might be better at the restaurant location.
Very friendly service and exquisite barbecue. The smell of Barbecue Cooking is worth the visit. The ribs are a dry rub and have great flavor on their own. There are two House BBQ sauces, regular and hot. Real homemade onion rings as well. A beautiful bar area and lots of history of celebrities visiting over decades.

I paid nearly $70 for one person for something that was akin to a cafeteria meal. The fries were not seasoned well and were the kind you find in a hospital lunch room. The ribs were tough, unseasoned, and lacked flavor. The mac and cheese tasted like it was frozen and then microwaved and
