Margaritaville - Cleveland

I came here this evening with my husband a couple of our friends and my daughter. We had never been here and was super excited. Well the excitement didn’t last 20 mints to get greeted by a server 45 minutes to get half of our drinks and apps and and hour to get the rest of our drinks. After 36 minutes with nothing to drink I spoke with the manager and let him know we wanted a different server we did not receive one the same server kept coming to our table. So we finished our drink and apps and are going somewhere else for dinner. The “manager “ seemed like he couldn’t be bothered because there was a party downstairs that arrived after we did! This place won’t last if you don’t restaff you can get better service at McDonald’s

The only difficulty is parking...very difficult to find parking for under $20. Wonderful experience otherwise.

I went in on Thursday August 10th around 6:30 pm and got seated very quickly. The place wasn’t that busy but waited 15 minutes for a server to come to the table and that never happened! They had multiple people working, 2 people behind the bar waiting on 4 people. Multiple servers on the floor, but a few were walking around and appeared to be doing nothing. I wish I could leave less then a 1 star review…
