JADE Steak & Sushi

First time at jade, received excellent service by my server Brianna she was very sweet and attentive. Brianna made sure I was satisfied and happy and gave great recommendations. Food was delicious view was top tier. Also had to pleasure of meeting the manager Taylor she was very hospitable, made you feel welcomed. The way she governs her staff and treats her customers is very warming. She deserves an accolade for her customer service skill set. From one manager to another, Running a restaurant is never easy but to be able to offer exceptional service multitasking flawlessly, while assisting colleagues, governing a staff , and making sure all customers feel welcomed with a warm smile is the type of thing you don’t see these days. These young ladies have a bright future ahead of them, any employer is lucky to have them.

This was our first time eating out this month and we made the absolute right choice! I had read an article about the grand opening of Jade this week and wanted our family of 4 to try it. We all love sushi and steaks and we weren’t disappointed. The first floor is a sushi restaurant and the second floor is more of a high end steak and seafood restaurant. We ended up going to both today. The 1st floor sushi restaurant review: - gorgeous design (I think it probably gets pretty congested when busy) - the two sushi rolls we tried were absolutely phenomenal (see photos) - we all loved the edamame - it was fun to sit by the river and see all of the seagulls flying around The 2nd floor steak and seafood restaurant review: Absolutely fantastic! For appetizers, we shared lobster tacos, waygu sliders, shrimp tempura and the anticucho (steak) skewers. Everything was so full of flavor and delicious! For entrees, my husband and two stepsons had the filet mignon with the black garlic steak sauce. I h

i went for the first time on mothers day and we went upstairs to the dining area. the sushi/sake bar is on the first floor. we were greeted and it was a decent greeting but i can honestly say that Tom our waiter were the best. he was patient, very helpful, and his energy was awesome. for starters we ordered the duck lettuce wraps and it was delicious! for the entrees i ordered sake braised short rib and my mom ordered faroh island salmon along with kabuki brussel sprouts and i don’t like brussel sprouts but these had bacon and some flavoring so it made it better. the only complaint i had was the food weren’t hot enough, it was like luke warm. i wanted to send it back to be rewarmed but i just took it home and kept enjoying my experience. i do plan on coming back to try their sushi and sake.
