Marco's Pizza

Got a pizza from them and normally it’s loaded with cheese this time is looks like only half the pizza got cheese on it never going to this location again! Ate 1 piece put the rest in the garbage I’ll go to the s 27th st location much better food there.

I ordered from here for the first time last month and i was highly disappointed and will not be going back. I pizzas i ordered both had hardly any sauce, cheese and toppings and like other recent reviews there was a lot of the edges that had no sauce or cheese on it but if it would have been made correctly with a decent amount of toppings i would have loved it. I wish i would have taken a photo cause usually my 4 kids will devour two pizzas but it took them almost 3 days to eat it all and they had to dip it in sauce.

Used to be the #1 pick for Pizza until a few months ago when waiting 2 hours for delivery became normal and managements could care less attitude was obvious so we tried one last time. If losing long time customers was your goal congratulations You Win! To be followed by automated "sorry" contact customer service @email blah blah blah! Instead management at this location should have done what's right and corrected the issues except there is no concern or accountability so nothing will change. Reply from Marcos As expected! We did not send our money to a customer service email address! The careless delivery driver who received that $10 tip wasn't a customer service email address And she did not have to reply to a email address to get that tip. The lack of accountability or concern from this location should send a loud messaged to anyone who orders from here that you do so at your own risk unless you don't mind throwing hard earned money away.
