I don't know if you have changed your standards. But it seems that if you now want extra sauce on your pizza, ya need to ask for no sauce. Then you may get extra sauce! Every single time I order a pizza from you guys, I get no extra sauce. If you can eat 2 slices and not need a napkin, then THAT'S NOT EXTRA SAUCE!
I received a request to pick this up from a popular ride sharing and food delivery service. I received the request about 50 minutes ago, and have been sitting in the drive thru now for over 45 minutes. The person in front of me, received half their order, waited for a very long time, then drove off after no exchange. I realized she was just getting out of the way because they forgot to make part of her order. Could be the worst service I’ve ever received. Will absolutely never eat here and will probably will deny pick ups here in the future.
The food from here turns out to be very good! Pretty much everything on the menu ends up being delicious. I encountered a few issues from this location though... When placing a order, I had multiple items such as my pizza, sub and pizza bowl that were all made incorrectly... The crew members constantly yelled and cursed at each other while customers were coming in and out. One of them told me that the reason why my whole order was messed up was due to staffing and that they don't get paid enough. That's not my problem nor my fault.
