Los Gatos Cafe Uptown

We ordered take out from the restaurant’s website. The online ordering was easy. We ordered side of bacon and the corn beef hash Benedict. The 4 slices of bacon were cooked perfectly (crisp but not overly crispy). The entrée tasted delicious. The ingredients sourced are of very good quality as evidenced by the taste of the food. The portion size was generous and well with the money spent. **Remember to leave a generous gratuity - the service was “old fashioned customer service” - service with a smile. This is our new breakfast place in Los Gatos.

Just great food, not much more to say. Its always busy because its a classic diner with the food you are craving. Had the herbed potato Denver scramble with three eggs, yummy! Had the the fresh made raspberry coffee cake instead of toast (you get that choice of the daily cake, or muffin) and it came with a dollop of whipped butter, so good. Service was fast even though it was packed. Our waitress was super friendly and prompt with refills and food. Coffee was very good. Not typical coffee shop sludge. Go here and get the breakfast or lunch you really want, your diet can wait till tomorrow.

I had the corned beef hash herb potatoes were excellent! My wife had the seafood French pancake. We shared the cinnamon roll which was gigantic and not overly sweet. Overall it's an exellent bustling diner with quick service and great coffee. We'll be back soon!
