Perfect NY dinner date! Winter spritzer was perfect, beet salad was fresh and generous, halibut was cooked perfectly and the risotto was perfectly creamy, the Argentine steak was perfectly seasoned, pecan rum cake was so good we wished it was bigger! They've gotten busy after the award. 50% increase in patron on a Friday night. Maybe because of that the food quality has suffered. The croquettes were overly salty, the ribs were very mediocre and the halibut was slightly overcooked which was served over risotto that clearly should have been cooked longer. The highlight dish were the scallops, perfectly executed. Ambience and service were excellent though. Just be ready to wait a little for ordering and food, which we didn't mind over a long lingering date
Came in on a Friday afternoon for dinner and was very happy with everything. The service was absolutely wonderful! Our waiter gave us recommendations for appetizers, main courses, and wine. He was very knowledgeable! The clams and trout were my favorite dishes. Look forward to trying more items on the menu.
