It was an OK experience... not the best but the waitress was trying. They seemed understaffed and our steak was burnt, meanwhile we ordered medium well. The waitress asked us how it was and we informed her so she got the manager who came over and took care of it. The service was good. I would give them another try on a different day. We went on a Sunday afternoon.

The food was good but service is extremely slow. I have ordered online for a curbside pickup twice now and both times the food was not ready for 20 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. I understand that they may be busy, but if I order an hour in advance I don't feel like I should also have to wait another 20 minutes outside.

The food was good, but the service was not all that great this time. We came in on Thursday, March 30, 2023, around 5:30PM. We were seated immediately without silverware, which we didn't receive until I had to ask for after our food was served without it. Our drinks were never refilled, and our server seemed bothered by being over sat in her section. The manager walked by saying hello but never inquired about the service or the food. I came back here because the service was nice last time, but this time, it lacked that same customer service. Front of house management needs to be more engaged. The dining room isn't that big that it wouldn't take long to ensure your customers are getting the service and food they deserve. They choose your establishment out of all others to dine at, paying your costs, and the least you could do is pay them in kind. Parking: The majority of parking is in the back of the restaurant with some on the side.
