I used to eat here faithfully when I lived in Sandy Springs. Happened to be in the area today, so I stopped by for lunch. Brisket is my favorite when it comes to BBQ, so I know the look and taste very well. What I was served today is a complete mystery. Never seen colorful brisket that breaks up into little cubes before. Needless to say, I don't be returning.
Roasters is consistent restaurant. Best known for their roasted chicken. We had the special...pot roast. It was very good. The dish was not only tasty but they did not short you on the meat. The veggies were very good as usual. Love their Lima beans and black eyed peas. Vegetarian options: They have a huge selection of veggies. Some are cooked meat. Parking: Roasters is in a strip mall with very assessable parking.
This was our first trip in. Our server Paola was simply the best. The food was very, very, good. We will definitely return. Jason and Tiffany
