From the moment that we walked in Bobby greeted us with a big smile, our server Jessica went over and beyond. Everyone that was working stepped in to help each other out with a smile on their face,even if it wasn't their table. I say you are only as good as your leader and Richard is Awesome as well. He smiled the entire time and made sure everyone was happy. Thank you for such a Great experience. We will definitely be back.
The main issue was the fact that found a piece of hair in the butter that comes with the bread. (And no it was not my own hair) I get it, it happens. But you would think the server would let the manager know. Atleast have management swing by the table. Nope nothing. The steaks were pretty good, so i gave an over 3.
We love this restaurant and visit regularly. Unfortunately the baked potato seemed liked it was the day before and was reheated and so over cooked there was no potato. The chopped steak is usually very good. Again disappointed. It had not the flavor it usually does. It actually was real bland. We knew our waitress was busy and food quality is not her fault. We gave our leftovers to our dog ???? which he appreciated. It's going to be a while before we go back and spend 70.00. Hopefully they'll imporve.
