Panera Bread

I have eaten at Panera bread many a times one of my most favorite places to eat I have never had the app and I downloaded the app and went and picked up I ordered everything bagel and a bread bowl and they didn't put iny side they didn't cut the bread for the bowl and they gave me a little cup of not chicken noodle but of chicken broth there was nothing but maybe three noodles and a bunch of broth in little cup and when I ordered on the app I asked for utensils and there was not a one and I got a chocolate chip cookie that was hard and tasted funny the soup tasted like straight salt I will never go to this one again this was one of the worst experience at a Panera ever (and my I note there was a homeless guy sitting inside the door and yelled about my butt ) not happy and very uncomfortable

Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. $29.00 for a lousy meal. Soggy and cold. Bread was old and flat. Only 2 customers in the restaurant. Men and women bathrooms disgusting. My wife and I had our shoes stick to the floor , like it was mopped with dirty water. Dining area had trash on the floor. 5 staff members cackling behind the counter doing nothing. No one cares about service or what they served.I’m going to rethink paying $29.00 for this garbage. I would have been better off going to Culver’s. At least they have a higher standard

I loved the delicious, thick and creamy squash soup and half chicken sandwich with avocado. Very satisfying.
