Hey Jersey Mike’s - what happened?! Never a problem BUT your chicken salad is all brown chopped up meat. Not even sure it is chicken - and it’s chewy. Inedible. Disappointed. You can do better…
First time ordering from Jersey Mike's. Uber Eats delivery. I placed order at 8:25p. No driver, no driver. They canceled order at 9:45p when driver was already on his way to the store. I literally spoke with him. They could have called me and I would have picked it up instead. But they didn't. I waited an HOUR AND A HALF...only for them to cancel it. And I just happened to notice it- no call from the driver. No text from driver or Uber. So I had to place a similar but unequal order from someone else who happened to be open at 10p (which isn't easy because everyone's closed now) and it can take up to an hour +15 mins per Uber. I'm not cheap. I give a fair tip so what's the issue?? So...I'm possibly 11:15p for an order placed almost 3 hours earlier. We're starving at this point. I will NEVER order from Jersey Mike's again. And quite dubious about Uber Eats as well.
