LongHorn Steakhouse

When I arrived the restaurant was maybe 10-15% full with 3 of the 4 small booths available and another few empty booths on to the opposite side. I requested a booth and was told I could only sit at a table since I was alone and it was soon gonna be time for a rush. My only options were a table or the bar, so I decided to sit at the bar. The bartender Ray (I think that’s his name) and food were great. My steak breakfast took 25 mins to cook. I ate my food and before I left asked to speak with a manager. The restaurant never filled up or got busy at all. I sat on a wooden hard chair at the bar just in case someone “might” come. She apologized saying this wasn’t her policy normally but the deed was already done. My meal was eaten in hunched over position as I tried to stay balanced on a bar height chair to eat my food. I’ve had chronic back issues for years and I really need to be seated in places that have cushion on the seats. All of this ease very disappointing. If the waitress had no

It was really busy and completely full. We had a very nice server and she was very efficient with our drinks and needs. However, it took quite a while for my salad to arrive, but I don't believe it was her fault. We had a long wait for our flight so it didn't cause any problems anyway. Pleased with the food taste and proportions.

It was near the end of the night and I had plenty of time to catch my next flight. I joined the line. The hostest came out and counted down everyone and told us we were the last customers. She was extremely polite to anyone else that tried to join the line. Even with the shift wrapping up the staff was extremely friendly. I picked out what I wanted right away and let the waitress know to bring me several drinks right away so she didn't have to bother checking on me. Even took my check right away. All of my requests were met and the food was excellent. If you get to stop here and have an hour to kill I recommend stopping in.
