Long John Silver's | Taco Bell

I drove over an hour to go to Long John silver's and it was 11:30 a.m. they are supposed to be open at 10:30 a.m. I was told they would be open in 1 hour so I waited an hour. The inside was not open at all but the drive-thru was open. I was told they would not be open until 2:00 p.m. this is so frustrating when I waited an hour in the heat to be told to wait another two and a half hours. This is not the first time this has happened. Unfortunately this is the only Long John silver's anywhere near my house.

I went to drive thru At approximately 11:30AM, specifically for Long Johns. I was told that Long Johns wouldn’t be ready until 2:00PM. So, I’m wondering if it this was Long Johns only, would this happen?? I think not. I don’t go often, however the past couple of times, there have been issues. Once, I Couldn’t get a receipt, and she couldn’t tell me how much she had charged me, so I had to go home, set up a account for the credit card I used, just to make sure she didn’t overcharge me. The time before, they were changing the oil for the fish so there was a delay of at least an hour, but again, they were open at 11:00 Why do these incidents always happen at lunch time? Where is the regional manager to straighten these issues out? Not going back. It is fast food after all. Too many other places with drive thru’s
