10/12/22 @ 11:40am I placed an online order and this is what was given to me. A soggy, poorly wrapped burrito that was already falling apart before I even bit into it. I understand that they're in a rush, but I'd rather wait a minute or two to get it made correctly so that it's not spilling all over me as I eat it.
My first visit to Chipotle. Got the bowl - way too much for 1 meal! Great, fast service.
Unfortunately I have to say this location has gone down hill. For mobile orders, if you don’t order double everything then you’ll get half a serving or everything. In store, they’re always out of meats and sides. Plus they barley fill up the bags with chips. So sad to see such a good location so so horribly!
