Logan's Roadhouse

Logan was the best waitress ever, she was very attentive and hospitable!!! The steak was cooked to perfection, free peanuts and the environment was very relaxed!!

Walked in to 4 waitresses and a hostess standing at the hostess station, we requested a table for 2. A waitress wanted to seat us immediately but the hostess told us it would be a couple of minutes. The restaurant was not busy and we waited 25 minutes before we were seated at which time we got tired of waiting and seated ourselves. I watched as tables were left dirty for up to 20 minutes and I counted numerous empty tables but customers were waiting 20-30 minutes to be seated. All the while the waitresses and hostess were chatting it up at the hostess station. Our food was mediocre at best. It was served warm, not hot. My chicken was dry and the rice was tasteless. My husband's steak was medium when it wad ordered well done and his shrimp was cold. During the meal there was a large roach crawling up the wall and when our waitress alerted the assistant manager he just stood there and watched it crawl away up the wall. Having dinner here USED to be a decent experience, but our last 2 visits have been sub par. Obvious shortage of servers and hosts. I had to get up and get our own silverware because none was given to us at seating nor was it noticed when food was brought out. Questionable freshness of food to the point our server, who stated she was having to pull double duty because they were short staffed, stated she even thought the salad looked strange. 2 of 3 steaks were improperly cooked, and because we don’t like to send food back are being taken home to microwave; also wrong sides were given. Person who brought food out asked if anything else was needed, we asked for Worcestershire sauce and the proper side, which she never bothered to return with either. Upon leaving, saw several of what few wait-staff was there hanging out on the back patio talking and smoking. For there to be several other options for steakhouses within a 2 mile drive from this establishment, I would think they would stress
