Logan's Roadhouse

♿ As usual, my experience with Logan's was great. From an accessibility standpoint, it was fairly easy to find an accessible parking spot with room for my ramp. Although the parking lines were fairly faded, so when I left there was someone parked over the line, restricting the room for my ramp to deploy. The front door was easy enough to open using my power chair. Someone in a manual wheelchair would have issues, because there isn't an automatic door opener. I did not use the restroom, so I cannot speak to it's accessibility. I'm on an elimination diet, which excludes potatoes, but I can have sweet potatoes. Logan's is the only place I can get GREAT sweet potato fries! The quality of the salmon, broccoli, and sweet potato fries was very good. Although I've eaten at other Logan's locations that usually serve twice the portion size. Hence the 4/5 stars.

I should've walked out after dealing with the hostess. My children and I were the only ones in the waiting area. An employee walked up to the hostess station eating a roll. She didn't say anything, eventually made eye contact briefly and smiled. I assumed she must not be the hostess. A family walks in after us, she addresses them and checks them into the system. My husband then walks in and she offers to help him. I asked her why she thought I was just sitting at the desk in a wheelchair and she just shrugged her shoulders, checked us in and went back to eating her roll, dipping it into butter. We were told it'd be 10-15 minutes. Within 5 minutes, at least 6 additional parties came in, checked in and waited for their tables. Meanwhile, it's about 4 PM on Mother's Day, and the dining room is practically empty. We were brought to a table within 10 minutes, but hardly anyone else was being sat. They have definitely made improvements on service in the past 2 months. Food has improved - I think they have real cooks again instead of managers trying to do something they shouldn't. New managers training. Service was prompt. Servers respectful, friendly and with a fun personality. None of them last few visits have been snippy or made us to feel we are bothering them. Truly nice to be appreciated again as a customer. Nice to see you coming back Logan's and making positive changes!
