I love the music in the restaurant, it's very relaxing and I enjoyed my dinner.
Ordered food online and when I got food home I realized none of the customization were followed. Also mozzarella sticks were not cooked properly and shrimp I ordered was freezer burnt. I took all food back to Applebee's asked to speak to a manager about getting a refund I ended up getting the worse manager ever by the name of Shelley. She argued with me about the shrimp being freezer burnt and also argued with me about all the other food that was not prepared properly. She did not want to give me a refund until I told her I would be contacting corporate.
Ordered through Grubhub, got a kids meal that was suppose to come with a side since they were out of strawberries and yogurt we got a nasty pile of whipped cream ???????????? I’d been happy with any other side that was an option instead of whipped cream which isn’t even a side option on a 80 degree day
