Great customer service!! The other day I ordered through the app (one cheese pizza). When I went in, I noticed that my name wasn’t on the pizza portal even though I received a message that it was ready. They could not find my order either so they went ahead and gave me my pizza. Later I realized I had placed my order with a different location, so it was my error. I called the hunt hwy location to let them know and the manager there told me not to worry about it. I really appreciated them doing that (especially because I didn’t get my money back or my pizza from the other location).

So this is going to get 4 stars only because of how friendly and patient the manager and the young man at the cash register were tonight. It took 2 hours after ordering online to get our pizza though! It was an hour and a half later than the original quoted time. They had some major problems with their systems and were insanely backed up. Myself and several others waited a very long time to get food. The system is very broken because people couldn't even cancel in store and get their order out of the line in the system and have to call in to a customer service that was apparently closed. That's broken. If you intend to cancel you should be able to immediately and remove your order from the queue to make it better for everyone. All the customers were so kind and patient as well. I don't blame the staff and they were working so hard to take care of everyone and were so nice. The manager gave us some breadsticks and sodas to make up for the long wait. Burnt pizza re ordered and burnt again was just told to get a refund in 3-5 days and left out but feeling satisfied.
