Connor the manager is TERRIBLE. His attitude sucks. If I could give them 0 stars I would. More than 50% of my order was messed up and I called when I got home. It took 6 tries to get somebody to answer. Adonis took down my information and told me all I needed to do was come in and give them my name and they'd fix it. So the next day I do and Connor wouldn't fix it nor apologize for their mess up until we went home and got the receipt. Adonis didn't tell us we needed it. After telling Connor his attitude sucked he got defensive and more rude which caused me to get more defensive which he told me to leave and I was never even able to get this resolved. He gave me "corporates number" which ended up being a fax number. Get a new manager burger king!

Customer service is always great. Now my food is wrong about 50% of the time but I do have a lot of custom orders so it is what it is. Good food always hot. Closed to early

Ordered a #10 & added an additional chicken sandwich today around 2pm. My stomach is killing me among other disgusting things going on with my body in response to the bad food they served me. The management needs to come in on those days/hours to see how their staff is conducting business. Hope I don’t expire from food poisoning. Calling the health department. The chicken sandwich’s there are garbage. I suspect that they took them from the actual garbage. Never going here again.This place needs to hire new management and a new staff. Please wear a hairnet as well if you are a man and have disgusting looking greasy hair.
