had a super easy + quick experience today (6/28 around 6:45pm). The gal at the window was so sweet and quick. I asked for her name so I could mention her in this review, but she had a unique name so I forgot it! She’s the best though!:) My order had a lot of substitutes and everything was correct as well. I previous avoided this Taco Bell because it would take forever for mediocre service and long wait times, but recently they’ve been great.
Had the worst experience with whoever took my order (she wasn’t wearing a name tag) at around 1:42. She was extremely rude when taking my order. She wouldn’t reply when I was ordering, and would just annoyedly ask if I was done. All three drinks - I got a small, medium, and a large - were the same size, and when I tried to correct this, she cut me off, said to “have a good day” and slammed the window in my face. Additionally, there is barely any meat on these tacos.
Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable my fiancé was eating the double steak Burrito and pulled out a thick black hair, only to find another one after looking then when I opened it up another one. Manger offered to make another one why would I want your food after that. Unsanitary , will never eat here again not surprised so many bad reviews at this location
