Lita’s is an amazing restaurant. The food is delicious. We have had the flautas, the brisket and fish tacos, the nachos elegantes, and many other dishes, and each one is better than the last. The salsas are fresh and accent every dish perfectly as well as providing something great to snack on as you wait for your meal. The drinks are terrific as well—try the berry serrano margarita for something sweet and spicy! Finally, the staff is wonderful! Haley was our waitress, and she is kind and attentive. Pablo the manager does a great job too of making you feel welcome and part of the family. If we could rate this restaurant six stars, we would!
Second time I have been in. First was on a Sunday mid-morning for their chiliquilles, half green half red topped with 2 over easy eggs. Absolutely delicious. This time I was stopped by for dinner. One fish taco one shrimp taco and a chile relleno stuffed with beef. Again amazing.....definitely going back to continue through the menu.
Lita's Mexican Grill is an upscale authentic Mexican restaurant with a nice little bar. My wife and I brought our toddler and baby on a Saturday and tried the brunch menu. Drink specials and Mexican food that seems home cooked rather than mass produced, it was a great experience. They have a lovely outdoor seating area, too. High chair was available upon request. Highly recommend!
