The wait line made me realize that this place must be very popular. I can understand why they are so popular after eating their extremely tasty sushi. Each bite had the freshest seafood and just completely melted in your mouth. The employees were all friendly and looked like they loved their job. Lastly, I liked how they followed COVID protocols.
My boyfriend suggested this place because I was craving sushi for date night. It is a small restaurant, a little crowded; definitely knew it would be worth it just with that. We started with drinks and miso soups. Got a spicy tuna roll and one of their specialty rolls that we saw another table order. It was all delicious and we were stuffed by the end of the meal!
BEST SUSHI IN PLANO!!!! I was very surprised to find this gem in a strip and not a stand-alone restaurant. But don't let that stop you from dining here! The staff is always friendly, everything is prepared very fresh with high-quality ingredients and quick! Their rolls are HUGE! Our favorites that we order every time: Angry John's Roll - 5 different fish, great flavors with a little spice Lone Star Roll - warm and crispy, creamy and flavorful Red Mountain Roll - HUGE! Spicy and delicious Always my go-to place for sushi or a "treat yourself" meal
