My experience today was so disappointing! The placed looked dirty with multiple tables needing to be clean. Placed looked to be understaffed. Only one girl running around cleaning, taking orders and bringing the food out. While others stood around in the back part or the kitchen. The carbonation on the soda machine wasn’t working! You can see mold around the ice part. I ordered two plates of chicken pesto pasta. Only had 3 small pieces of chicken .they didn’t bring out the side bread that comes with the meal. When I asked for it took over 15min to get it. The girl running the whole placed asked a few employees to help but they would disappear to the back. I had to ask again. I asked for a side plate to share food with my toddler, that was never brought out. The only plate that came out right was a toddler cheese pizza.. This location always gets something wrong, but today was it for me. Will not return!
they made everything right so i know this place is just following orders from the higher ups BUT I have been here for so many years and the past 1.5 years almost every store has made more and more decisions that impact the experience. they changed the parisien sandwich from having beautiful crunchy and fluffy baguette halves as their bread and changed it to flat no texture sandwich bread. they have also increased their prices by a lot, and have been starting to forget to add additional ingredients that come with the soups so i have to check every time before i leave. i would only expect a company to raise prices after improving the customer experience not worsening it
Not a good experience. Out of 5 meals ordered, one came out about 7 minutes after the first 4, which alone is frustrating for the whole party, however making it worse was the last plate to come had room temp chicken and cold potatoes. My personal meal was a margarita pizza, which had no basil and one piece of tomato on three of the four slices. Pitiful. The other food was poor to mediocre. This was our second visit, I can assure you there won’t be a third.
