Decided to stop in for a bite. I am familiar with Krystals as it’s white castle’s southern sister. I had the chicken sandwich and my boyfriend had a cheese Krystal. We had fries and tots. Safe to say we liked it a lot better than White Castle back home.
Customer service 0/10 . First of all they don’t greet you! I’m at the counter to place my order , cashier just looked at me & I asked “are you ready to take my order?” He just looked at me. Manager rude as well. I paid for food & needed to use the restroom it took her forever to unlock the door WHILE IM STANDING IN HER FACE. 0/10 do not recommend ! Rude & horible customer service. I will never return . Full lobby and I have been here for 30 minutes and still haven’t received food.
