Drive thru lady greeted me with a big smile and continued to smile during the entire transaction. Great start to my day.
I've gone through the drive-thru at this location twice in the last month or so. The first time I ordered a large combo, but only got a medium. Wasn't that big of a deal since I wasn't charged for it, but sure did miss the fries. Today, I ordered the same number 1 large with a diet Coke - it $9.72. I was wondering how could it be so much? When I got my receipt I saw they were charging me for cheese. I stopped them and said I never ordered cheese. I told them not to worry about a refund on the cheese just make sure my burgers have no cheese. They replaced my burgers without cheese and thanked me for being understanding. When I got to my office, I discovered I got small fries!!! I paid extra for cheese I didn't want and paid extra for fries I didn't get. At least I had fries for 2 of my four Krystals today.
There was only one guy working when I came through. Great service, great attitude given the situation. Always a great late night stop!
