Amazing portions of deliciousness ????. I felt like family with the wait staff and Miz Lily, the chef. I had to personally tell them how much fun I had and how welcomed I was made to feel. ????
My waitress was Awesome! I think that the restaurant is short staffed though. We entered about 5pm and tables were still not bussed from the lunch rush. I don't think they have a bus boy. Only the waitress a cook and manager were there. The waitress was hustling too. I heard her ask for help with getting ice. I guess no one could help her cause I saw her pass with the ice buckets to go get ice. The manager was strange instead of helping this girl clean up he sat there's she ran around the place. I have worked in many restaurants in my day, I would never stay working for a manager like that. So for her service I'd say 4 stars if they were staffed properly I'm sure it would be 5! Maybe instead of stealing cars and causing problems people can go get jobs. I know for sure ihop is hiring. I just say that cause my car was stolen and I had to walk there to eat dinner tonight. Anyway I do believe this location is short staffed so you know before you go. That didn't stop my waitress though she
My pancakes came with a side long black hair the waitress never brought a replacement back my egg whites came watery with the look of grits sent those back and the replacement was the same bacon burned the hash brown was pretty to the eye taste was horrible so I told her to take the whole set up back I didn't want anything... She brought the ticket and my food was still on the ticket I got up and went to the register and said you can take my order off , She called the manager the manager ask what was the problem I to readily told her and she says no problem and gave her apologies. My husband and I decided we will no longer be patronizing this particular IHOP the waitress was pleasantly rude to me not my Husband
