KFC

I ordered Uber eats last month, and with the kids, we always get the biggest family meal and add on me sides. $83+ I spent, and the Uber driver showed up with 2 bowls of something and a drink. Mined you, they put a giant receipt stabled to the bag with your name really big on it so you can find it in the pick rack there on the counter. It was the wrong name that won't order, and she blamed it on KFC, which I knew was I lie because she said that is what they handed me. I went back to kfc, and immediately they fixed my order and apologized for Uber. Meanwhile, my order was sitting in the rack waiting to be picked up with MY name on the bag, they have me a fresh new order, so it was hot. Good staff over there.

Don't come often anymore because when I do I always have to wait forever Always have to pull around regardless if a big order or a quick order. Last time I pulled around for a 12 dollar order , waiting 15 minutes just to be forgotten about and have to go inside and raise up a storm. What's the point of fast food or drive through if it is not fast nor can I drive through. Also the team is way out of Any kind of dress code. Always untucked shirts, any hat they want on , barly look like an associate

This kfc sucks! 8p ran out of chicken not even making any. They lost so many customers right now driving away. People in line in lobby waiting for their orders. Definitely not coming back here. Shouldn't be getting any star @ all! But, only way to post my review is to give a star. Wasted 15mins & no one even ask if I got help.
