Burger King

The quality of the food is consistently as bad as the employees are rude. I have gone here multiple times and been disappointed. Food often tastes like it is 10 hours old. Attached is a picture of my breakfast, fresh out of the wrapper, with a hair in it.

Be sure you have your card back before driving away. There are some shifty people that work here... Went through the drive through this morning and was rushed through and in the process, I didn't get my card back. I immediately turned around and went inside to ask for it back. Simple mistake, right? Wrong. The front lady told me no and said that it wasn't possible for them to have my card. I remained firm and asked her to go to the drive through window and retrieve it. She went back and I could hear conversation and movement. Sure enough, she came back with my card looking like I ruined her whole day. I think she/they had plans on using my card as their own thinking I was too dumb to realize. Times are tough for everyone. Do better.

If there is a shortage on lettuce, they should post it in the restaurant. Every time I have basically no lettuce. BK is not what it used to be.
