I was just in the drive-through, hello to the manager! Who actually decided to hang up on me after I gave my feedback on my drive through experience. I waited outside of the window for 10 minutes without being attended to. The guy who took my order at the menu, was having fun and making an accent throughout my ordering process, which was fine. I understand they have to have fun when they can. However, wouldn’t you think they would actually have the time to do their job and take payment and get me my food? Apparently not. After I drove off(after waiting 10 mins), the manager answered the phone and proceeded to explain. There was an internal issue. I understand, however, they should’ve taken at least 15 seconds to let me know after 10 minutes of waiting that I would have to wait an additional couple minutes until they get the issue resolved. She then hung up on me. Do better.

I’m convinced this is the WORST BK in all of Arizona. I’ve been here three times.. and each time has been horrible. Tonight was the last time. Ordered the fish sandwich, and could only take one bite. It was over fried to where I couldn’t even bite into it. Coke had no flavor. The fries were fresh and hot, I’ll give them that. Another occasion I got a chicken sandwich and it wasn’t cooked all the way. Just so gross. Go across the street to Jack In The Box instead. Waste of money here.

Short staffed, two maybe 3 employees working the dinner rush. My heart goes out to them. Drive thru took a while but they did get my order right.
