Arby's

This location is the worst when it comes to door dash. They put in the wrong sides or don’t put the correct amount that you pay for. No napkins or sauce. Just very dissatisfied with this service. It really can’t be that hard. The mozzarella sticks is supposed to be a 6 pc and the jalapeño bits is supposed to be a 8 pc. I only got 5 on both.

This is twice that we have stopped at this Arby's. The sandwiches are good but both times we've gotten lukewarm fries and they are really dry.

So we were going to go to Arby's and pick up dinner on our way home, the one where we live burned down so it's been a minute since we have had it. The drive thru line was not moving at all...and as we are sitting there waiting to order, patiently....some employee keeps cracking the back door and talking in a weird voice , I won't even get into what was being said, instead of working and helping the customers. Then I call on the phone to discuss this with management and the phone is answered with creepy heavy breathing and get hung up on. Needless to say we backed out of the drive thru line and left to get dinner elsewhere. Very disappointed.
