Kettner Exchange has excellent presentation with their dishes, on top of creative menu ideas that rotate daily. The way the menu is arranged goes from least to most filling. Unless you order something from the very bottom, where the biggest dishes are, you’ll probably end up ordering 2-3 dishes to get full. They also serve complementary popcorn, which acts as their “bread service”. My flavor was salt and vinegar, although they might rotate that. Everything looked and tasted great.

Upscale dining experience, the plates are small sharable sizes, typically $16-18 each, except for the large pork chop ~$28. The sashimi and mushroom dishes were excellent! The frog legs were very tender and a little spicy. 5 dishes were plenty for 2 people. Top notch service, chef, and kitchen. Even though it was busy, our server and others checked on us often. Recommend for special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries.
