Met some friends for early dinner. Our waiter, Tory, was great! He was accommodating, attentive & funny. I got the Green Chili Jalepeno Chicken Alfredo. It was really good! Of course bread & garlic oil was awesome. The only complaint is how hot it was inside the restaurant!!

I used to love going to Carinos because of the good food and nice atmosphere but I went to eat there a few days ago and had the worst experience! The sodas that me and my boyfriend received tasted like sparking water with no flavor and when we asked multiple times for a replacement, it tasted the same as the first. Our waitress never came by the table to see if we needed anything. We also had to wait 30 minutes for our food even though it was not that busy and when the food arrived, I got the wrong meal I had asked for. The pasta tasted undercooked on top of that. I am very disappointed in the food and customer service.

Not a great experience. I'll never be back. 25$ per person and my meal looks like a side item. Poor packaging, both meals looked sloppy. My lobster ravioli had a shell shard in it. The steak, though seasoned well, 30% was fat, waisted. The chicken jalapeño ravioli had meat cuts that looked like scrap. The service and wait time was delayed. Ready time was 4:30 received at 4:40. It would have been fine if it appeared that care was put into the overall experience. Never again.
