Panera Bread

Hand an opportunity to visit Panera Bread in Waxahachie Tx and that will be my last visit. Ordered a Margarita flatbread and turkey chilli for our party. After asking do I want our chilli in a cup or bowl and saying cups please we were told sorry we are out of chilli. Next we get to the window and was told they do not offer veteran discounts. This is sad because one person was at the location last week and they offered a group of first responders free meals. Then we pay for our meal and the young lady gives us our food and our card back. We just sit there and she opens the window and says is there someone else you need. Yes I need my receipt, why is this something I have to ask for. Last drove back to 77 and tasted a piece of the flatbread and it was cold. Terrible customer service and cold food.

Worst service I’ve ever had!!! After ordering our food on a kiosk because no one was upfront which took about 15 minutes, The kiosk would not finish our order and let us pay. I had to go back to the window where the food comes out and ask for some help terrible food terrible service nothing was right and it cost $57 for four sandwiches! Very embarrassing because I had company from out of town not OK and I will not be coming back! Terrible terrible

Been to this location three times, delivered, and pick up once and so far it’s been amazing. The ladies at the counter are super nice and friendly, and they also always ask if everything is okay. Even when I came up to ask for a curbside order that was taking too long they were very professional and nice!! Will definitely keep getting lunch and coffee from this place.
