Chili's Grill & Bar

We ordered fajitas. The beef and chicken were thin, short cuts, and didn't look like any fajitas I'd ever seen. Our appetizers were sweet, spicy chicken wings. The chicken wings were good. We felt cheated on the budget fajitas. But this restaurant charges full, real fajitas prices. We paid 100.00, including tip. I guess this is how this Chili's will get through the recession. By cheating, it's patrons.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My family and I stood at the front for 10 min waiting to be greeted. About 5 workers noticed us waiting and didn’t say ONE WORD. 2 high school students walked in and was greeted by the greeter with a smile. They walked in after us and was seated before us because the greeter recognized the 2. The greeter came back to seat us grabbed the menus and just looked at us still didn’t say a word.

I don't do bad reviews often but seriously had the worst food last night. I haven't been to a chili's in years and used to go to this one in high school and order the Buffalo chicken salad, used to be my favorite. Visiting some family for the weekend and decided to go to this chilis for nostalgia's sake. Tonight I get this soggy, watery mess. The lettuce was completely limp and there was ranch soup swimming in my plate, unfortunantly you cant see it in the picture. I ate the chicken off of it and called it a night. I guess I won't be coming back for several years, it was nothing like it used to be.
