JJ fish & chicken

This place use to be good. Lately they are terrible I have order from here 3 separate times recently and each time the food has been disgusting. These people are cooking and old grease and deep frying old fries. There was not one thing that tasted decent. I would not be surprised of these people are cleaning everyone with dirty toilet water.

I've been coming here since they opened this location. At first they were very friendly to customers. My last few visits have left a bad taste in my mouth. Because you're able to fry some FROZEN food in a predominated BLACK neighborhood, does not mean you have to be rude. My last visit, I dropped $45+ and the guy taking my order had an attitude because I objected to paying another dollar for extra seasonings....REALLY?!?!? Proceeds to explain how expensive it was to make. Man, bottle that ish and sell it as your brand!!! Needless to say, I won't be back. I got a deep fryer at the ready!!! Inspiration at its finest!!!

Extremely disappointed today. Been coming here for the past year and usually had gotten good food — except for today. My fries tasted like oily fried fish; my Philly cheesesteak was burnt, which had a crunchy and bitter taste. Plus, they charged me $1 for curbside pickup, and their prices increased even though they haven’t updated them on their website. While I understand that restaurants may need to recoup costs for take out/delivery supplies, I wasn’t provided anything out of the usual for my take out. In fact, I didn’t even get utensils, napkins, and condiments for my order today. Another annoyance was when the employee had the audacity if I wanted to tip him when he took my payment for simply doing his job and not even well. Lost a customer today.
