I asked for fresh food they said pull to the second window and literally brought the food out they do it EVERY TIME. They do not care about their customers, the employees are rude as hell , there’s only 3 employees that works there that has customers service kindness . I will definitely be reporting them to the better business bureau because this is ridiculous, the food is not free we are paying our money that we worked for and it should at least be decent .

At 9:00pm on July 4th, this place is an absolute disaster. Two lanes to take orders. Lane 2 was extremely slow. I was 3rd in line. The gal taking the order either didn't know what she was doing or was having issues and didn't communicate them. six cars went through Lane 1 before I was able to place the order. i had to wait 5+mins when I got to the speaker and she didn't even say what was going on. This is exactly why I avoid McDonald's at all cost. The locations are never reliable and you have no idea what kind of service you'll get. I will never go back to this location.
