I ordered some sandwiches for me and my coworkers at Dr. Noah's Ark, and the shop forgot about our sodas. Our delivery driver Rodney (I think it was Rodney, maybe Ronnie?) personally went to the gas station himself and bought ALL 4 OF US cherry cokes!!! He was amazingly friendly and that was extremely kind of him to do. 10/10. He deserves a raise!!
I wasn't pleased with my Sandwich. When I got home and opened it, I cald and Complained. The person who took my order on last WK Thurs eve, I spoke with on the phone, and he was SOooo Nonchalant about my Complaint. If I go back to the location on East Silver Spring, I'l make Sure I watch while my Sandwiches are being made.
Go in to order. Second time I’ve paid for extra bacon and turkey but haven’t received it for a delivery order. Jimmy John’s service has really gone downhill.
