I work at another location, was there helping but my opinion is personal. It's a great atmosphere, management, employees and service..... I can tell the regulars enjoy the food as much as the workers.

Gave Only 3 stars because orange Shirt security for the Plaza Let Go of Some Homeless person who attacked a Pedestrian Young woman Here for a Jazz Event. Security Can't touch the Homeless so The orange Shirt People Need Security Training. Jimmie John's also probably has restroom problems due to Homeless Flushing baby wipes. Even if You Charge Peoplw to use the Restroom, the problem will still remain. We need public sanitation of some kind for set hours, patrolled by Security. Like 10 am to 8pm Curfew hours, the restroom can ve a good start Kid-friendliness: Kids can't pay 15 for a sammich, and that pleases the adults looking for quiet Wheelchair accessibility: Only one or two, the rest we leave behind! ???????? ???????? ????????

On a recent visit to Phoenix I stopped into Jimmy John's to see if there was anything gluten free that would work for my diet. There are sandwich places that offer gluten free bread but most just offer a bowl version of their sandwiches. This was my first lettuce wrapped sub Sandwich, the UnWich! I loved it!! I had the #5 Vito and I have thought about the sandwich many times since I left Phoenix. I can't wait for my next visit and my next UnWich!
