Chipotle Mexican Grill

I tried ordering a veggie bowl and veggies were not available. I asked if I could have Queso as a substitute, she added it to my bowl then said, "no, you'll have to pay extra". I simply said can it be a substitute? Her reply was, "it doesn't work that way". I said ok then, make a new plate. She threw that plate away and made a new one. That was so dumb to me. She whispered something to the cashier and I was like seriously. Y'all aren't charging me less for not having the veggies. Anyhow, the cashier was like, " that's not how it works here, and said "girl bye". I was shocked so I asked him if he owned the place. He was starting to argue with me. I simply said, just let me pay for my food and get out of here. Thank you! What is chipotle doing hiring these little kids that don't know how to treat customers?

Female seeving me was rude, gave me steak when I asked for Chicken al pastor, and gave me the skimpiest portions I have ever gotten at a Chipotle. I waited a considerable amount of time just to be treated like trash. On top of that there was no chipotle Tabasco in the dining area and no clean tables. Perhaps Chipotle should consider updating their hiring methods to avoid hiring incapable and incompetent employees in the future. Will definitely recommend to stay away from this location to family and friends.

Would have been 5 stars, but the second person taking care of my bowl wasn't listening and put the hottest sauce all over my bowl. I watched and thought he heard me as I said "mild". I thought it was correct until my mouth was burning as I got to the middle of the bowl. I should have asked when he did it and should have complained when I discovered it. That's my fault, and I paid for it the rest of the day.
